As Service Advisor, you will welcome customers, understand vehicle needs, and coordinate clear communication throughout service. You will document concerns, prepare quotes, secure approvals, and collaborate with parts and technicians. The position reports to the Service Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet customers and understand their service needs
- Document vehicle concerns on accurate Repair Orders
- Prepare service quotes and obtain repair approvals
- Keep customers informed about repairs and wait times
- Coordinate customers, parts, and Automotive Technicians

Requirements:

- Valid BC Driver’s license and satisfactory Driver’s Abstract
- Previous automotive Service Advisor experience preferred
- CDK One-Eighty software experience considered an asset
- Microsoft Office proficiency and accurate data entry
- Solid communication, organization, and customer-service skills
