The Senior Pharmacy Technician supports technical and operational pharmacy services under pharmacist supervision. Responsibilities include medication histories, prescription processing, sterile and non-sterile compounding, billing, inventory, and patient support. The position also requires qualified judgment, documentation, and adherence to applicable standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Transcribe medication therapy orders and changes
- Prepare, package, compound, and verify medications
- Complete medication histories and drug monitoring




- Process prescriptions and resolve third-party billing issues
- Document distribution processes, errors, and missing medications

Requirements:

- Pharmacy Technician Diploma
- Valid license in good standing with the College of Pharmacists
- At least one year in pharmaceutical or retail pharmacy employment
- Working knowledge of retail pharmacy practice and specialty medications
- Strong working knowledge of Kroll and Microsoft applications
