As an Environmental Services Supervisor, you report to the Manager and supervise more than sixteen Housekeeping Aides and Lead Hands. You organize staff, resources, and daily activities while maintaining housekeeping standards across clinical and non-clinical areas. The position also covers supplies, reporting, expenditures, and departmental coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise over sixteen Housekeeping Aides and Lead Hands
- Organize staff, resources, and daily housekeeping activities
- Order, monitor, and receive Environmental Services supplies
- Maintain reports, monitor expenditures, and prepare budget estimates




- Perform cleaning, disinfecting, waste removal, and floor maintenance

Requirements:

- Grade 10 education and three years’ recent related experience
- Six months’ supervisory experience or equivalent qualifications
- Valid British Columbia Driver’s License where local travel applies
- Ability to supervise, organize work, and operate related equipment
- Physical ability and effective verbal and written communication
