As a Department Supervisor, you will work under management while guiding associates toward robust performance and development. You will partner with Store Management, Operations teams, external partners, and the Operations Assistant Manager. The position supports merchandise flow, staffing, safety, asset protection, and customer service standards across the department.

Key Responsibilities:

- Organize aisles and overheads to ensure store readiness
