The Vision Centre Manager oversees Division 30 day-to-day activities and reports to the District Manager for qualified services. This manager develops the optical business, controls wages against the P&L;, and delivers the sales budget. The position also requires regulatory awareness, professional standards, and adherence to Walmart policy.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage Vision Centre people, operations, and merchandise
- Develop optical business through programs and Walmart brand promotion
- Build relationships with Optometrists and healthcare providers




- Evaluate written prescription orders from customers or Doctors
- Maintain safe, operational conditions during posted business hours

Requirements:

- Must be at least 16 years old
- Follow provincial and federal eyewear dispensing guidelines
- Practice within the regulatory environment of the region
- Maintain equipment and follow emergency policies
- Delegate tasks within the applicable regulatory framework
