Manage fabrication documentation and materials at Pitt Meadows Plumbing and Mechanical Systems in Maple Ridge, working primarily around the shop.

As Fabrication Administrator, you will run the administrative side of fabrication projects while reporting to the Fabrication Manager. The work covers document control, material ordering, production tracking, and project handover. You will support pre-fabrication and modular systems for large-scale plumbing and mechanical projects across residential, commercial, institutional, educational, and medical settings.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and maintain documentation packages for fabrication projects
- Control drawings, revisions, specifications, and fabrication packages
- Order materials, chase deliveries, and maintain receiving records




- Release shop orders and monitor assigned production schedules
- Coordinate handover, logistics, shipping, and quality records

Requirements:

- Minimum three years in administration, planning, coordination, or controls
- Fabrication, manufacturing, or construction workplace experience preferred
- Experience with work orders and project documentation packages
- Ability to interpret fabrication drawings, spool drawings, and specifications
- Microsoft Office proficiency, especially Excel and Outlook
