Coordinate transit infrastructure projects at Metrolinx from 130 Adelaide St W, using contractor oversight and stakeholder engagement skills in office and onsite settings.

As Project Coordinator, you will support signaling work on the Lakeshore and Richmond Hill Lines under the Vice President, Utilities. Your work covers design, construction, inspections, permits, expenditures, and project performance. Metrolinx delivers GO Transit, UP Express, PRESTO, and transit expansion across the Greater Golden Horseshoe.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee design and construction compliance throughout project lifecycle stages
- Coordinate site work plans, permits, reviews, and stakeholder approvals
- Track expenditures, purchase orders, contracts, and change orders
- Manage project risks, costs, schedules, permits, and performance indicators




- Prepare reports, logs, presentations, and completion handover materials

Requirements:

- College diploma or degree in Civil Engineering Technology or equivalent
- Minimum five years planning, design, and transit construction experience
- Knowledge of civil engineering, architecture, codes, standards, and contracts
- Understanding of Railway Rules, Regulations, Safety, and Operating procedures
- Valid Ontario G Driver’s Licence and project software proficiency
