As Manager of Talent Acquisition, you will guide a strategic function supporting digital transformation across Saskatchewan. Partner with HR and business leaders while applying labour-market insight, recruitment analytics, employer branding, and accessible hiring practices. Your work will connect workforce planning with practical attraction and hiring strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coach and guide the Talent Acquisition team
- Build sustained partnerships and talent pipelines
- Develop sourcing campaigns and recruitment tools
- Advise leaders on workforce and hiring strategies




- Translate talent data into strategic recommendations

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Five years of progressive Human Resources experience
- Knowledge of full-cycle recruitment and employment legislation
- Experience coaching others and influencing leaders
- Confidence using recruitment technology, analytics, and digital tools
