This contract clinical position completes qualified Occupational Therapy activities under rehabilitation or clinical management. You will assess clients, establish treatment programs, and evaluate goals and discharge plans. The work includes education, documentation, collaboration, and guidance for those assisting therapy programs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assess clients requiring Occupational Therapy intervention
- Establish and revise treatment programs, goals, and discharge plans
- Maintain accurate clinical records according to professional standards




- Communicate recommendations and educate clients and care providers
- Collaborate with health team members as needed

Requirements:

- Master’s Degree or recognized equivalent in Occupational Therapy
- Registration and good standing with provincial Occupational Therapists College
- Experience with in-home assessments and treatments
- Active standing in the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario
- Participation in ongoing education and quality activities
