You will maintain hotel facilities, equipment, guest rooms, exterior areas, and safety standards. The work includes minor repairs, preventive maintenance, asset security, and guest communication.

Key Responsibilities:

- Complete minor repairs involving plumbing, lighting, painting, and equipment
- Perform assigned preventive maintenance and prepare equipment for daily operations
- Monitor electrical systems, access doors, lighting, and air conditioning controls

Requirements:
