Provide resident care as a part time Health Care Aide at AgeCare Dawson in Chestermere, using protected transfers and basic care skills.

Working under a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will collaborate with the care team to support residents’ comfort, well-being, and daily movement. This role includes personal care, feeding assistance, routine treatments, and transportation throughout the facility. Key Responsibilities:

- Bat​​he, shower, and wash residents following care procedures
- Assist transfers using lifts, transfer belts, and protective equipment
- Feed residents according to their care plans
- Provide routine treatments under Staff Nurse direction
- Accompany residents to meals, therapy, and activities

Requirements:

- Recognized PCA or HCA 2002 certificate course completion
- Active registration with CLHA
- Fluent English communication, orally and in writing
- One year continuing care experience preferred
- Post-secondary education is an asset
