Support residents at The Barrieview Retirement Residence through responsive care, relationship building, and courteous daily service. This existing vacancy is with Sienna Senior Living.

As a Resident Attendant, you will understand residents’ living experiences and build relationships with them and their families. You will provide care outlined in assignments, support daily health and well-being, and contribute to the home’s culture. The work includes responding to calls, transportation, housekeeping, laundry, and food service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Answer resident call bells and door alarms promptly
- Complete resident care according to care plans and assignments
- Transport residents to activities, dining, rooms, and health office




- Complete assigned laundry and housekeeping duties
- Practice secure food handling during preparation and service

Requirements:

- Minimum six months’ experience in a similar role
- Current First Aid and CPR training
- Excellent verbal and written English skills
- Personal Support Worker or Personal Care Worker certification preferred
- Successfully pass a Vulnerable Sector Check
