Lead daily store operations at Dollar Tree Canada in Chilliwack using customer service, communication, and team development skills. This is a full time store leadership role.

As an Assistant Store Manager, you will help the Store Manager oversee store functions, customer interactions, merchandise flow, and associate development. The work includes opening and closing procedures, promotional displays, records, loss prevention, and maintaining organized sales and stockroom areas.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist with day-to-day store functions and activities
- Help customers and address questions or concerns
- Transfer merchandise from trucks to stockrooms and sales floors
- Perform opening and closing procedures as needed
- Supervise, train, and develop Store Associates

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to interpret and explain operational directives
- Retail, grocery, or drug store management experience preferred
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills
- Ability to lift up to 55 pounds and meet physical demands
