Maintain Northview residential properties in Calgary using plumbing, electrical, drywall, and appliance repair skills. Support safe, functional homes for residents.

Reporting to the Regional Manager, this Maintenance Technician handles preventative, routine, and responsive property maintenance. The work includes suite repairs, inspections, minor renovations, building upkeep, work orders, and emergency response. You will support efficient operations while addressing resident needs professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

- Complete drywall, painting, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repairs
- Inspect suites and buildings for maintenance or safety concerns
- Respond to work orders and after-hours emergencies
- Update maintenance cards, documentation, and required follow-up




- Provide courteous communication and coordinate contractor access

Requirements:

- Previous building or property maintenance experience
- Hands-on knowledge of minor repairs and preventative maintenance
- Ability to troubleshoot, prioritize, and manage multiple work orders
- Solid communication, customer service, and documentation skills
- Valid driver’s licence and reliable transportation where required
