Lead weekend housing operations at Fred Victor’s HART HUB at 40 Oak, using supervision and supported-housing knowledge in Toronto. This permanent reduced full time schedule covers weekends and Monday.

The Weekend Supervisor oversees the Housing HART Hub program and leads its weekend team. The position requires experience in not-for-profit housing, Housing First, trauma-informed care, staff coaching, and crisis management. You will support program goals while working within Fred Victor’s broader leadership team at the 40 Oak site.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee Housing HART Hub operations during weekends
- Develop and lead an effective weekend team
- Facilitate regular team meetings
- Create schedules and ensure weekend shift coverage




- Supervise Housing Workers and weekend relief staff

Requirements:

- Degree, diploma, or equivalent experience in social services
- Two years’ experience working in not-for-profit housing
- Understanding of Housing First and trauma-informed care
- Experience supervising, managing, training, and coaching unionized staff
- Ability to give and receive constructive feedback
