Operate a Class 3 rear loader in Bathurst with safe driving and equipment inspection responsibilities. This is a full-time position with early morning starts.

Fero Waste and Recycling Inc, a division of The Municipal Group of Companies, seeks a Rear Load Operator. You will complete assigned routes, maintain equipment, communicate with dispatchers and supervisors, and support safe waste collection operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive rear load tandem trucks on assigned routes safely
- Complete daily pre-trip and post-trip truck inspections
- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment
- Report maintenance requirements, repairs, infractions, and suspensions
- Complete end-of-day check-ins and accurate paperwork

Requirements:

- Valid commercial driver’s license with clear driver abstract
- Class 3 driver’s license in positive standing
- Ability to follow supervisor-directed work schedules
- Ability to operate equipment safely and responsibly
- Previous waste, recycling, or curbside collection experience preferred
