Drive paid digital acquisition for BetMGM from Toronto, Ontario, using campaign analytics and asset delivery across partially work from home.

As a Senior Digital Marketing Associate, you will oversee digital marketing assets and support growth marketing across BetMGM Sports, Casino, Poker, and Wheel of Fortune Online Casino. You will work with internal stakeholders, the digital marketing team, and the digital agency. The position reports to the Director of Digital Marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create briefs, gather approvals, and distribute finished digital assets
- Contribute to paid social, PPC, and display acquisition strategy
- Coordinate campaigns with Google, Meta, Twitter, and Snapchat
- Interpret analytics and recommend campaign performance improvements




- Monitor competitor offerings and creative for paid strategy guidance

Requirements:

- Three or more years of digital growth marketing experience
- Bachelor’s Degree and user acquisition background
- Google Analytics and other analytics tools experience
- Paid campaign experience across Google, Meta, Twitter, and Snapchat
- Advanced display, video, programmatic, and CTV knowledge
