As a Credit Recovery Specialist, you will manage delinquency ratios across deposits, loans, and credit cards. You will contact clients, investigate returned payments, and minimize losses through recovery actions. The work requires accurate documentation, timely account decisions, and adherence to credit policies, procedures, and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage deposit, loan, and credit card delinquency ratios

Requirements:

- Minimum five years banking or account recovery experience
- Post-secondary diploma or degree
- Robust analytical, organizational, negotiation, and communication skills
- Microsoft Office and banking systems proficiency
