Provide pediatric, palliative, and wound care as a Registered Practical Nurse at Bayshore’s Dundas Clinic. Support patients through diverse clinical needs.

Bayshore HealthCare seeks a caring RPN for its Dundas Clinic serving the Greater Hamilton and Burlington areas. The work includes IV therapy, chronic disease management, health teaching, and diabetes care. Some community work could be required.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide pediatric care in the clinic
- Deliver palliative care to clients
- Perform wound care and IV therapy
- Manage chronic diseases and provide health teaching
- Manage diabetes care when experienced

Requirements:

- Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing
- Maintain current CNO registration in good standing
- Bring two to five years of recent relevant nursing experience
- Have clinic or medical environment experience
- Wound, diabetes, IV, or CVAD experience is an asset
