Develop sustainability analytics skills as a Hybrid Analyst Intern with Kinross in Downtown Toronto, focusing on data, modelling, and environmental topics.

This 12 to 18 month internship starts January 2027 and supports Sustainability Engineering at Kinross. You will analyze sustainability data, research climate and energy topics, and contribute to business cases. The experience includes collaboration with corporate, regional, and site teams, including international site travel.

Key Responsibilities:

- Compile sustainability data for decisions and business case preparation
- Analyze research and summarize findings in structured formats
- Support annual sustainability disclosures and communications materials
- Validate financial analysis for sustainability investment decisions




- Review GHG data and forecast future results

Requirements:

- Current University of Toronto sustainability management graduate student
- Or second to fourth year Canadian university undergraduate
- Strong data analytics, modelling, forecasting, and advanced Excel skills
- Solid quantitative, organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Valid passport and ability to travel internationally
