As an Administrative Services Assistant, you will provide clerical and administrative support for client services. You will maintain records and waiting lists, prepare correspondence and reports, respond to inquiries, and coordinate information. Health unit aide duties include managing medical and surgical supplies, cleaning equipment, and delivering supplies and biologicals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide reception, clerical, and administrative client service support
- Enter data and schedule client appointments accurately
- Maintain records and waiting lists for programs




- Prepare correspondence, reports, and coordinated information
- Monitor supplies, clean equipment, and deliver biologicals

Requirements:

- Office administration certificate from a recognized institution
- Typing test result of 40 or more net words per minute
- Typing test completed within the past 48 months
- One year of recent related experience or equivalent preparation
- Organizational skills and attention to detail
