This Licensed Practical Nurse provides practical nursing services within an integrated surgical team at UHNBC. The work supports wide-ranging surgical interventions through scrubbing, circulating, and collaboration. Care spans pre-operative, operative, and post-operative activities, including assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation, documentation, and family support.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform scrubbing and circulating duties during surgical interventions
- Assess, plan, implement, evaluate, and document client care




- Collaborate with members of the integrated surgical team
- Support clients and families throughout surgical care
- Facilitate safe, effective interventions under established protocols

Requirements:

- Licensed Practical Nurse qualification
- Dedication to compassionate patient care
- Ability to work in an operating room environment
- Availability for rotating evenings and nights
- Availability for the on-call portion of rotation
