Operate refrigeration, HVAC, BAS, and FMS systems as a full time Refrigeration Facilities Operator in Toronto, Ontario. Support reliable facility conditions for Sanofi operations.

Sanofi seeks a Refrigeration Facilities Operator for its Manufacturing & Supply environment. You will monitor building systems, respond to GMP and business-critical alarms, and troubleshoot refrigeration, HVAC, clean utilities, steam, and plumbing. The position supports production, packaging, laboratories, warehouses, and offices by documenting conditions, completing repairs, and coordinating with trades, engineering, contractors, stores, and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate BAS and FMS equipment across facility areas
- Respond to alarms and document corrective actions
- Troubleshoot refrigeration,



HVAC, utilities, steam, and plumbing systems
- Complete preventive maintenance using SAP work orders
- Coordinate shutdowns, repairs, parts, and contractors

Requirements:

- High School Diploma
- Valid Ontario Refrigeration Certificate
- Minimum four years relevant work experience
- Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting knowledge
- Blueprint reading and computer systems knowledge
