Reporting to the Facilitator, Schools Plus, the Community Outreach Worker provides direct support across Nova Family schools. The position helps families navigate community services and resources. It also facilitates after-school and group programming, with schedule flexibility required.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide direct support to children, youth, and families
- Navigate families toward community services and resources
- Collaborate with school and agency staff
- Facilitate after-school programming
- Deliver group programming during the school day

Requirements:

- Post-secondary diploma or certificate in a related field
- Minimum two years’ experience or acceptable equivalent combination
- Proven organizational and evaluation skills
- Valid Nova Scotia Driver’s License
- Solid oral and written communication skills
