As part of Personal and Business Banking, you will understand client priorities, manage a mortgage portfolio, and recommend appropriate retail banking solutions. You will collaborate with Imperial Service and Business Banking colleagues when specialized support is needed.

Key Responsibilities:

- Meet clients and understand personal and business priorities
- Recommend personalized solutions and forward-looking financial plans




- Manage mortgage client relationships individually or collaboratively
- Network, make outbound calls, and uncover opportunities
- Introduce clients to CIBC mobile banking applications

Requirements:

- Two to three years providing financial advice and achieving sales results
- Current Mutual Funds License accreditation and good standing
- Eligibility for CIRO-MFD licensing requirements
- Critical thinking, goal orientation, and client-first focus
- Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and multiple banking centres
