This Logistics Coordinator manages transportation orders from entry through billing readiness. The work includes manifests, delivery dispatching, return-trip freight planning, and proof-of-delivery follow-up. Experience with LTL shipping, flat deck operations, and heavy haul services supports the position.

Key Responsibilities:

- Enter transportation orders into the Truckmate dispatch system
- Build manifests and dispatch drivers for deliveries
- Maintain communication with drivers and customers
- Follow up until proof of delivery reaches the system
- Preplan freight for return trips

Requirements:

- Minimum two years in the trucking transport industry
- Knowledge of Canadian and United States shipping regulations
- Deck experience and LTL shipping knowledge
- Oil and Gas experience with tubular pipe movements
- Solid multitasking, detail, and customer relationship skills
