Our client is a boutique executive coaching and leadership development company that partners with organizations to strengthen leadership, improve communication, and help teams perform at their best. Its work spans the front line to the C-suite, combining individual and team coaching, practical learning experiences, and 360 assessments tailored to each client’s needs. The company's approach is direct, thoughtful, and grounded in applied psychology. Its coaches build trust, ask challenging questions, and focus on changes leaders can carry into their day-to-day work long after an engagement ends. - Leading discovery conversations, following up with prospective clients, and identifying opportunities to deepen partnerships
- Contributing to proposals and RFP responses through research, collaboration,

- Collaborating with colleagues to ensure quality, consistency, and alignment across engagements
- Taking on other related responsibilities as needed
