Use SQL and Power BI to support business decisions as a Data Analyst 1 in Langley, BC, with Pattison Food Group Ltd.

Reporting to the Lead Data Engineer, this full time role analyzes data, builds reporting, and generates actionable insights. You will work with stakeholders across customer analytics, loyalty, marketing, retail operations, and merchandising. Large datasets, Python, and experimentation support the analytical work.

Key Responsibilities:

- Partner with stakeholders to understand priorities, questions, processes, and KPIs
- Analyze data and identify trends, opportunities, and recommendations
- Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations
- Write SQL queries to prepare data for analysis
- Support experiments, validation, troubleshooting,



and data quality improvements

Requirements:

- Relevant degree in statistics, mathematics, computer science, or another quantitative discipline
- Three or more years of relevant analytics or reporting experience
- Working knowledge of SQL and familiarity with visualization tools
- Ability to build dashboards supporting business decision-making
- Working knowledge of Python preferred; Databricks experience an asset
