This six-month contract, with potential extension, supports technology-related financial and operational activities. The Senior Analyst works with internal stakeholders and external vendors across invoice management, inventory oversight, financial reporting, and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Review, validate, track, and coordinate approvals for IT invoices
- Resolve vendor payment inquiries and maintain accurate documentation
- Prepare and reconcile monthly IT spend accruals
- Monitor inventory, purchasing activity, and replenishment requirements
- Prepare financial and operational reports for leadership





Requirements:

- Degree or diploma in business, finance, accounting, supply chain, or related field
