Support IT infrastructure governance and project reporting as an onsite PMO Analyst in Edmonton, working with internal teams and external vendors.

Procom is seeking a PMO Analyst for an immediate contract requirement that may lead to permanent employment. You will support the IS Infrastructure PMO and IT Projects Admin areas through governance, reporting, tool administration, and resource coordination. The work includes Oracle Projects, SharePoint, Microsoft Office, and project compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide input into PMO and IT Projects Admin plans
- Audit projects periodically for SDLC compliance
- Maintain governance and control project documentation
- Administer Oracle Projects and SharePoint applications
- Deliver project and financial reporting

Requirements:

- Diploma in Business Administration or Information Systems Management
- Four years of PMO or governance experience
- Knowledge of PMO activities and procedures
- Oracle Applications and SharePoint experience
- Microsoft Office, Excel macros, and pivot tables proficiency
