The City of Greater Sudbury is seeking a Permanent Tenant Services Clerk to support the Property Manager and Housing Operations teams in administering Rent-Geared-To-Income housing and tenancy compliance. You will handle rent calculations, renewals, and vacancy offers, while maintaining accurate records and following provincial regulations.

This role requires solid analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with a background in office administration and familiarity with YARDI.
