A global leader in technical staffing is looking for an experienced Account Manager to take over a warm desk. This is a unique opportunity to step into an established book of business at an elite global brand, with a mandate to grow existing accounts while strategically approaching new logos within a closed ecosystem of large enterprise clients.

You'll inherit a warm, revenue-generating book, with your focus on the Mining and Engineering space, covering technical and professional roles across Canada.

What You Will Do

- Inherit and manage an established book of active contractors across multiple accounts.
- Own and grow client relationships across Mining, Engineering, and Construction, deepening existing accounts and identifying new opportunities within them
- Work closely with the delivery team to fulfill mandates at speed and quality across Canada
- Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities across the wider business
- Drive new logo acquisition within technical sectors alongside account growth

What We Are Looking For

- An experienced Account Manager or Sales professional with a track record of growing accounts
- Background in any technical vertical - Mining, Engineering, Construction, or similar




- Comfortable managing contractor books and understanding how margins and contract staffing work
- Stable career history - currently employed or with a clear and credible reason for your move

Compensation and Benefits

- Base Salary: Up to CAD $90,000 depending on experience
- Sales commission structure: 10-15% commission on top of base + annual bonus
- Remote-friendly work model, with in-office days if Toronto or Calgary based
