As a Retailink-Storelink Agent, you support the Retail Division’s merchandising and display activities for retailers across Canadian, American, and international markets. You coordinate with marketing, product specialists, supply chain, purchasing, retailers, representatives, agencies, and internal teams. The work requires organization, detail orientation, priority setting, and deadline management. You also use Microsoft Office, especially Excel, alongside Wrike and Yoobic.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate product, display, and return orders with internal teams
- Update project tracking files for internal visibility




- Confirm deliveries and component availability before assembly
- Follow returns through credit issuance after assembly
- Manage Storelink requests and replacement-part tracking tickets

Requirements:

- Retail store experience; hardware experience considered an asset
- French and English communication skills with team spirit
- Robust organization, attention to detail, and rigour
- Ability to manage multiple files and tight deadlines
- Comfort with Excel, Wrike, Yoobic, and new technologies
