ParaMed seeks Registered Nurses and Registered Practical Nurses for full-time, part-time, and casual community nursing roles. You will assess patients, execute care plans, and support people of all ages in various settings. The work helps patients remain comfortable at home while building therapeutic relationships. Key Responsibilities:

- Assess individualized patient needs using appropriate assessment tools
- Execute and continuously monitor patient care plans

Requirements:

- Register with the CNO as an RN or RPN
- Maintain registration in good standing
- Hold a valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle
