- Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival
- Complete accurate guest check-ins and check-outs daily
- Resolve complaints and concerns professionally and promptly
- Balance the cash float at shift end
- Answer calls and correspondence professionally and promptly

Requirements:

- Guest Services experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of the Bow Valley preferred
- Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills
- Solid communication skills in spoken and written English
- Ability to read and understand English
