- Oversee daily Community and Family Services and Food Bank operations
- Supervise inventory, food handling, storage, distribution, and warehouse scheduling
- Oversee client intake, registration, service distribution, and front-end coverage
- Coordinate staff scheduling, coaching,



training, and operational expectations
- Support volunteers, fundraising, donors, outreach, and community partnerships

Requirements:

- High School diploma
- Experience supervising employees or volunteers
- Solid organizational, leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage changing priorities and multiple responsibilities
- Successful applicable screening and background checks
