Gowling WLG seeks a detail-oriented Legal Administrative Assistant for its Real Estate and Banking department, focused on Commercial Real Estate. You will support at least one partner, senior associate, law clerk, and other legal professionals. The position requires Legal Assistant training, three to five years of experience, and strong Microsoft Office skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Organize work flow and initiate follow-up actions
- Prepare legal documents, letters, and confidential memoranda
- Manage bring-forward systems, deadlines, and important dates




- Create and maintain client files and records
- Coordinate calendars, travel, billing, and accounts receivable administration

Requirements:

- Legal Assistant Certificate or Diploma
- Three to five years as a Legal Administrative Assistant
- Thorough Teraview and Microsoft Office Suite knowledge
