Reporting to the Director of Care, this Registered Nurse collaborates on individualized care within competency. The position requires knowledge of geriatric, rehabilitation, or long-term care nursing. It also emphasizes teamwork, resident safety, ethical practice, and accurate documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate nursing and other resident services within the neighbourhood
- Lead shift reports and communicate changes in resident status
- Record significant condition changes in residents' charts
- Process physician orders and ensure timely implementation
- Promote resident safety, health, and freedom from harm

Requirements:

- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
- Knowledge of geriatric, rehabilitation, or long-term care nursing
- Registration and good standing with the provincial registry
- Knowledge of applicable nursing legislation and standards
- Knowledge of activation, nursing, and personnel administration
