Support Diagnostic Imaging services in Winnipeg with medical terminology, Microsoft Office, and accurate administrative coordination. This is an in-person position with Shared Health.

Reporting to the Manager, Radiology Support Services, the Clerk 3 supports all Diagnostic Imaging modalities. The position serves Health Sciences Centre and satellite offices throughout Winnipeg. Timeliness, accuracy, quality service, and effective communication guide daily work.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support all Diagnostic Imaging modalities effectively and efficiently
- Provide timely, accurate, quality services to clients
- Work at Health Sciences Centre or satellite offices
- Use Microsoft Office applications for assigned administrative work
- Communicate with clients and colleagues during frequent interruptions

Requirements:

- Complete high school education to Manitoba standards
- Previous related experience required
- Type 50 words per minute
- Pass medical terminology assessment with 75 percent
- Use Microsoft Office Word and Access proficiently
