Coordinate parks capital projects in London, Ontario using landscape design, project management, and community engagement skills. This full time temporary position is hybrid.

The Parks Project Coordinator supports the City of London’s Parks and Sport Services Division. You will coordinate planning, design, construction, commemorative programming, and community-led park projects. The work applies technical expertise across divisions and service areas.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate capital projects from planning through implementation
- Prepare designs, cost estimates, schedules, and procurement documents
- Administer contracts, budgets, inspections, payments, and site supervision
- Coordinate commemorative and community-led projects in parks




- Prepare reports, presentations, notices, and public engagement activities

Requirements:

- Degree in Landscape Architecture or equivalent environmental design program
- Two years’ related landscape design or construction experience
- Knowledge of ArcGIS, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Project management and multiple-project coordination abilities
- Valid Class G Driver’s Licence
