Receptionist: Permanent Full time Position
We are currently looking to fill a position for Reception at the Victory Ford Lincoln Sales Ltd. location.
This position will involve answering and managing our busy switchboard, as well as handle all licensing for vehicles sold and vehicles purchased. This position will also include many other clerical duties that assist your team members in their positions. This position is fast paced and for a dedicated, organized person.
Qualifications should include:
Switchboard or phone skills beneficial
Knowledge in licensing procedures an asset but will train
Qualified
Able to multi-task and problem solve
Dealership experience an asset but not requirement
Dependable and excellent attendance record
Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information
Desire to be part of a strong and ever-growing team
