Deliver polished catering and conference support for clients, lawyers, and executives in Norton Rose Fulbright’s Toronto Office Services team. Typical hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

As a Catering Attendant, you will create welcoming skilled environments for high-profile meetings, executive events, and firm functions. The work combines hospitality, catering coordination, conference centre services, and responsive meeting support. Attention to detail, discretion, sound judgment, and service excellence are central to the position. You will report to the Meeting and Conference Centre Team Lead while supporting clients, visitors, lawyers, executives, and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate catering setup, delivery, and presentation for meetings
- Prepare boardrooms, conference facilities, and hospitality areas
- Support executive functions,



client meetings, and firm events
- Maintain kitchens, coffee stations, lounges, and hospitality spaces
- Monitor inventory, process invoices, and maintain service records

Requirements:

- Experience in hospitality, catering, conference services, or customer-focused environments
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with professional presence
- Excellent organization and attention to detail
- Microsoft Office and workplace technology proficiency
- English fluency; French considered an asset
