As a Bilingual Onboarding Officer, you will manage current advisor onboarding within the Partner and Client Onboarding team. The position requires customer service, attention to detail, process documentation, and effective communication. You will coordinate requests, explain procedures, and help advisors progress successfully through established service levels.

Key Responsibilities:

- Partner with advisors to ensure smooth onboarding
- Guide advisors through Dataphile procedures, forms, and practices
- Answer questions as the onboarding subject matter expert
- Update the onboarding dashboard weekly




- Coordinate documentation compliance and internal issue resolution

Requirements:

- Post-secondary education or equivalent experience
- Two to three years financial industry experience
- Excellent customer service and strong attention to detail
- Microsoft Office knowledge, including Outlook, Excel, and Word
- French business proficiency and English bilingual ability preferred
