This six-month development program prepares future frontline managers within Kenny U-Pull, a division of American Iron & Metal. Participants rotate through call center, dispatch, purchasing, sales, marketing, customer service, operations, systems, investigations, training, and health and safety. The field-based experience develops coaching, mentoring, operational knowledge, and compliance awareness while working directly with diverse frontline employees.

Key Responsibilities:

- Rotate through major functions and sites across Quebec
- Develop knowledge of vehicle purchasing, dispatch, and retail operations




- Support accident investigations and corrective action planning
- Coach employees while reinforcing safety and compliance standards
- Lead branch operations, yard management, and depollution

Requirements:

- Graduate of a college, university, or trade school
- Five to ten years of retail or customer service experience
- Three to five years of management experience
- Robust written and oral communication skills
- Open availability for branches operating seven days weekly
