As Assistant Manager, you will support daily operations across Front of House and Back of House teams. You will help develop high-performing teams, uphold O&B; standards, and create warm, memorable guest experiences. The position emphasizes service execution, beverage programs, inventory, and team development.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee staffing, service execution, security, and venue management
- Communicate Aera’s vision and lead hospitality by example
- Support beverage programs, inventory, profitability, and cost controls
- Curate activations, events, and memorable guest experiences
- Coach teams while upholding technical service standards

Requirements:

- Two to three years’ leadership experience in high-volume hospitality
- Previous management experience preferred
- Large-party management and exceptional guest experience delivery
- Strong wine, cocktail, and beverage knowledge
- Adaptable evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak-period availability
