SSP Canada seeks an Assistant Restaurant Manager for its Montreal Trudeau Airport restaurants. You will lead by example, develop Food Travel Experts, and maintain guest service and brand standards. The position requires organized oversight of people, inventory, sales, and office administration.

Key Responsibilities:

- Recruit, train, develop, and communicate with team members
- Maintain guest service, merchandising, display, and signing standards
- Plan daily goals, tasks, and team assignments
- Evaluate performance and provide feedback, including disciplinary action
- Manage funds, inventory, purchasing, scheduling, and payroll

Requirements:

- Minimum two years food and beverage management experience
- Full-service dining experience strongly preferred
- Ability to manage conflict and high-stress situations
- Excellent bilingual French and English communication
- Ability to obtain Transport Canada Security Clearance
