As Senior Email and Communications Manager, you will manage messaging across the customer journey from onboarding through winback. You will work with Analytics, Product, and Engineering while independently improving lifecycle programs. Iterable, SendGrid, deliverability, and analytics are central to the work.

- Fluency in segmentation, personalization, automation, and journey logic
