Operate packaging equipment for bulk gelatin capsules on Team 1’s overnight shift, applying GMP requirements and close quality attention. Factors Group supports nutritional supplement manufacturing.

As a Bulk Packaging Operator, you will package capsules according to packaging instructions, SOPs, cGMP requirements, and Master Manufacturing Documents. The work includes equipment operation, documentation, inspections, in-process checks, and reporting quality issues. You will also support cleaning, training, investigations, and validation studies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate packaging equipment safely and efficiently
- Follow MMDs, SOPs, and packaging parameters
- Inspect gelatin capsules for defects
- Complete documentation and review paperwork thoroughly
- Clean, maintain, and reassemble equipment

Requirements:

- English communication skills, written and verbal
- Mathematical and mechanical aptitude
- Ability to learn company-specific software
- Packaging equipment experience considered an asset
- Ability to lift 11 kilograms and stand extended periods
