Teach Grade 3 in Crofton House School’s girl-centred Junior School, using inquiry-based learning and collaborative instruction. This is a full-time fixed-term contract for 2026-2027.

As an experienced Grade 3 teacher, you will support young girls’ social-emotional growth and academic learning. You will teach the Grade 3 curriculum through a team-based approach, create student-centred classroom culture, and provide personalized support. Meaningful technology, diverse learners, and strong parent partnerships are central to the work.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and implement dynamic, interactive Grade 3 lessons
- Support students’ social-emotional needs in homeroom
- Collaborate with teaching and learning support teams
- Integrate meaningful technology into instruction




- Participate in co-curricular activities and school-wide experiences

Requirements:

- Valid British Columbia Teaching Certificate or independent school certification
- Relevant university qualifications, including education and arts degrees
- Primary teaching experience considered an asset
- Awareness of girls’ and young women’s learning styles
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
