As a Color Professional on the Education Team, you will execute annual education strategies for distributor partners and key loyalty salons. You will facilitate salon education, collaborate with Regional Education and Brand Managers, and support store education and market events. The work centers on strong salon relationships, color conversions, and practical learning.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage education touchpoints for VIP, Platinum, and Gold salons
- Deliver color demos, hands-on training, conversions, and corrections
- Train and mentor Moroccanoil Artists in color education




- Develop salon plans with Regional Education and Brand Managers
- Present color segments at distributor meetings and events

Requirements:

- Two to three years in a similar role or capacity
- Licensed hair professional with minimum five years’ experience
- In-depth hair color theory knowledge and salon industry experience
- Ability to travel 50-70%, including long-distance driving
- Valid driver’s license, insurance, and Microsoft Office proficiency
